2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of paprika
2 Tbsp. flour
1 to 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Microwave at High (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
