ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate; 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 c. cottage cheese; 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese; 1 egg; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can StarKist tuna, liquid removed

6 strips Creamette lasagna
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 c. minced fresh or possibly frzn vegetables
1 c. lowfat milk
1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can StarKist tuna, liquid removed

Place lasagna in 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish; cover with water and set aside.

In 1 qt glass measure, combine onion, oil and flour.

Cook on 100% power (high) 1 minute; stir to dissolve flour.

Stir in vegetables and lowfat milk; cook on 100% power (high) 4 min, stirring once.

Stir in ReaLemon brand.

Combine 1 c. mozzarella, cottage cheese, Parmesan, egg and pepper.

Drain lasagna.

In same dish, layer half each lasagna, vegetables, cheese and tuna.

Repeat layers; top with remaining 1/2 c. mozzarella.

Cover; cook on 100% power (high) 15 min or possibly till warm.
