Microwave Spaghetti – a delicious recipe with butter, onion, ground beef, salt, pepper, water. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti

Place butter and onion in pan.

Heat on Full power for 3 to 4 minutes, until onion is tender.

Add beef; cook on Full power for 4 minutes, until beef is no longer pink.

Stir twice during cooking time.

Add salt, pepper, sauce, water, oregano and basil. Cook on High for 4 minutes.

Break spaghetti and stir into sauce and cook 18 to 20 minutes, until spaghetti is tender.

Stir 3 times during cooking.

If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
