Microwave Smoked Sausage And Pepper Recipe

   Cook pasta; toss with 1/4 c. of the vinaigrette, add in tomato and black olives; set aside.

   Combine extra virgin olive oil, peppers, asparagus, and garlic in a container; cover and microwave on high till vegetables are tender, about 3-5 min.

   Set aside.

   Place sausage and remaining vinaigrette in another container.

   Cover; microwave on high till sausage is warm, about 3-5 min.

   Combine sausage and pepper mixtures.

   Serve over pasta.
