Microwave Sliced Baked Potato

   Peel potatoes (otherwise rinse and pat dry).

   Cut potatoes in thin slices but not all the way through.

   Place potatoes in microwave dish.

   Sprinkle on butter and seasoning.

   Microwave on High for 10 minutes rearranging potatoes after 5 minutes.

   Let rest 5 minutes.

   Sprinkle with cheese.

   Microwave another 4 or 5 minutes.

9. 9

   Sprinkle with salt.
