Microwave Potatoes For 2

   Peel and chunk potatoes.

   You can also add chopped onion to taste.

   Put in small casserole with tight fitting lid.

   Don't add any water.

   Cook on high for 3 minutes.

   Add small pat of oleo.

   Stir well to coat the potatoes.

   Then add any of the seasonings and cook, covered, for 1 more minute or until tender.
