Microwave Potatoes(Boiled)

   Peel 4 or 6 medium potatoes.

   Cut into 1-inch cubes or slice thin.

   Make sure there is 1/2 inch water in bottom of dish.

   Stir halfway through cooking.

   Heat 4 medium potatoes 8 to 10 minutes on High or heat 6 medium potatoes 12 to 14 minutes on High.

   Use small, covered mixing bowl or large, covered mixing bowl.
