1 c. water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
8 ounce. Italian sausage
Sm. onion, minced
Garlic
2 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt, basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Microwave High water in 2 c. measure, 2 to 3 min.

Stir in salt and cornmeal.

Microwave High 1 to 1 1/2 min; mix thickens.

Spread proportionately in 8 inch baking dish.

Cook sausage, add in onion and zucchini.

Break sausage into small pcs and add in salt, basil and oregano.

Add in to cornmeal mix and microwave high 3 to 4 min.
