1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. shortening

Mix shortening and powdered sugar thoroughly. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Press mixture firmly in oblong 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

Microwave, uncovered, on High (100%) for 2 minutes. Turn dish 1/4 turn.
