3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 c. cooked, diced potatoes
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
