In a 4-quart microwavable bowl, microwave margarine on High heat for 1 minute or until melted.

Add the sugar and milk; mix well with melted margarine.

Microwave 5 more minute or until the mixture begins to boil (at round 3 minutes, stir mixture and microwave the remaining 5 minutes).

Stir mixture again and scrape bowl, continue to microwave 6 more minutes (again stirring after about 3 minutes).

Mixture should be good and bubbly by now; remove from microwave and gradually stir in the chocolate chips until melted.

Then add remaining ingredients.

Mix until good and smooth and pour into 13 x 9-inch lightly greased pan.

Cool and cut into squares.
