Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix; 1/2 c. chopped celery; 1/4 c. minced onion; 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento (optional); 1 egg; 2 c. chicken broth; 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up or pieces of boneless breasts; 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted; salt to taste; paprika

In a 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, toss together stuffing mix, celery, onion, pimento, egg and broth.

Brush chicken pieces with melted butter.

Place on top of dressing with meaty pieces to the outside edges of dish.

Sprinkle with salt and paprika.

Cover with wax paper.

Microwave at High (10) for 19 to 22 minutes.
