Microwave Chicken And Broccoli With Rice

   In a dish combine rice, water and mustard.

   In a colander toss together chicken and broccoli.

   Place colander on a dish.

   Cover and cook on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

   Stir once.

   Stir chicken mixture, mayonnaise and milk into rice in dish.

   Cover and cook on High 1/2 to 1 minute or until heated through.

   Let stand covered for 2 minutes.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
