Mexican Meatloaf

   Preheat oven to 350.

   In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

   Mix thoroughly.

   On a baking sheet form meat mixture into a loaf about 9x5 inches (I would use a bread pan).

   Bake 1 hour or until nicely browned and cooked in the center and juices run clear.

   Remove from oven; drain of excess grease.

   Slice and serve.
