Mexican Meat Loaf

   Brown meat in large skillet; drain grease.

   Add enchilada sauce, both soups, chilies and rice.

   With low heat, mix until all ingredients are blended.

   Crush Doritos in the bag.

   In a 9 x 12-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 Doritos, 1/2 meat mixture and layer remainder of mixture.

   Top with shredded cheese.

   It is ready to serve.
