Ingredients: 1 lb ground spicy turkey or ground beef; 1 can tomatoe sauce; 1 jar of salsa of choice; 1 packages taco seasoning; 1 cup water; 1 tsp minced garlic; 1 tbsp onion flakes; 1 can chopped olives of choice; 1 cup sour cream; 4 green onion stalks; 1 tsp garlic salt; 1/4 jalapeno; 1 bunch cilantro; 1 box no boil lasagna noodles; 1 cup oaxaca cheese; 1 mixed cheddar & jack cheese; 2 cup refried or boiled pinto beans

Servings: persons

1 lb ground spicy turkey or ground beef
1 can tomatoe sauce
1 jar of salsa of choice
1 packages taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 can chopped olives of choice
1 cup sour cream
4 green onion stalks
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 jalapeno
1 bunch cilantro
1 box no boil lasagna noodles
1 cup oaxaca cheese
1 mixed cheddar & jack cheese
2 cup refried or boiled pinto beans

preheat oven to 375

cook ground meat with minced garlic, garlic salt & onion flakes.

when cooked add in all other ingredients, ( I used fresh boiled beans, but u can use your choice) bring to a simmer & turn off.

add a spoon full or two of sauce to bottom of casserole dish top with lasagna noodles, meat sauce, & cheese,as many layers as desired, topping the top with oaxaca cheese & olives.

bake for 20-25 minutes till cheese is golden.

cilantro dressing* just add all ingredients together into blender.

blend till creamy & smooth.Enjoy!
