1 (8 count) pkg. flour tortillas
1 onion, diced
Velveeta cheese
garlic powder
16 oz. can chili
2 cans Ro-Tel
1 diced bell pepper
crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Drain Ro-Tel.

Mix in chili and simmer on medium heat. While sauce simmers, split hot dogs lengthwise 3/4 of the way through.
