Mexican Cornbread

   Brown ground chuck and onion together and drain.

   Mix corn meal, eggs, sweet milk, and corn.

   Grease 12-inch cast iron skillet with bacon drippings and heat in 350u00b0 oven until hot.

   Pour hot grease into corn bread mixture, then pour 1/2 of batter in skillet. Sprinkle browned beef and onion and grated cheese evenly over batter in skillet.

   Pour rest of batter over the meat and cheese. Bake for 50 minutes.
