1/2 c. bacon drippings

2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 (No. 3) can cream-style corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers (optional)

Pour 1/2 batter mixture into skillet.
