Mexican Chicken

   Boil the chicken. Cool and strip the meat off the chicken bones.

   Put tortilla chips on bottom of baking dish and place a layer of meat over the tortilla chips.

   Mix together the onion, Ro-Tel, soups and chicken broth.

   Pour a layer of mixture over the chicken, then a layer of cheese.

   Repeat; layer of chips, chicken, broth mixture and cheese. Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
