Ingredients: 3 tbsp butter, melted; 3 cup corn chex (or chex of your choice); 1 lb ground beef; 1 tsp chili powder; 3/4 tsp seasoned salt; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1 dash pepper; 1 dash onion powder; 8 oz Tomato sauce; 1/2 cup Taco sauce; 15 oz can corn, drained; 12 slice American cheese

3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cup corn chex (or chex of your choice)
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 dash pepper
1 dash onion powder
8 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Taco sauce
15 oz can corn, drained
12 slice American cheese

Combine melted butter & chex.

Toss to coat well.

Put 2 cups in bottom of shallow baking dish.

Crush remaining chex.

Set aside.

In skillet, brown beef & drain.

Add seasonings.

Mix in tomato & taco sauces.

Layer half the corn, meat mixture, & cheese over chex in baking dish.

Repeat with remaining corn, meat, & cheese.

Sprinkle reserved chex crumbs over top.

Bake in 325F oven for 35 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
