Mexican Casserole

   Cook ground beef and diced onion.

   Drain meat mixture and return to pan.

   Stir in mushroom soup, Ro-Tel, and beans.

   Layer half of the tortillas evenly into 2 lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dishes. Top each with 1/4 of meat mixture and 1/4 cheese. Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
