1 tablespoon canola oil
1 lb ground beef

Combine Masa with salt and add 3/4 cup of water, mix well.

Let stand for about 10 minutes, then knead well about 10 times and divide into 8 balls.

Place on medium-high griddle for 60 seconds, then flip and repeat -- try to get a bit of char on each side.

Do this 8 times, stacking toasted tortillas on towel to cover.

In a medium sized skillet or frying pan, saute onion in oil until they start to colour.
