Spray baking pan lightly with Pam cooking spray. Pour sugar onto dinner plate.

Spray one side of tortilla with cooking spray, and lay sprayed side down on sugar -making sure the sugar sticks to the tortilla.

Place tortilla in baking pan close to short edge, sugar side down. Put pie filling in the tortilla and roll up. Continue this with each tortilla, until pie filling and tortillas are gone.

Place in oven and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool a few minutes. You may cut them in half at this time, but be careful, as they are very hot. You can freeze them when they are totally cool, or serve them warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream!
