Meta'S Dessert

   Beat egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy.

   Set aside. Mix gelatine with 1/2 cup warm water and dissolve.

   Set aside to cool, then add orange juice.

   Beat heavy cream in a separate bowl. Mix ingredients together and pour into spring-form pan filled with 1 box of chocolate wafers crumbled in a blender and mixed with melted butter.

   Refrigerate overnight in refrigerator.

   When ready to serve, cut pie and spoon fresh or frozen strawberries on top of pie.
