Ingredients: 7 chicken breasts, chicken legs pieces, wings; 2 onion, sliced; 2 tomato, sliced; 4 green chillis, chopped or sliced; 1/2 kg sour yogurt; 2 1/2 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tsp soya sauce; 2 1/2 tsp black pepper; 2 potatoes, sliced; 3 tbsp oil

7 chicken breasts, chicken legs pieces, wings
2 onion, sliced
2 tomato, sliced
4 green chillis, chopped or sliced
1/2 kg sour yogurt
2 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soya sauce
2 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 potatoes, sliced

Take a bowl and pour in yogurt and all spices including salt, soya sauce, red chili powder, black pepper, and ginger/garlic paste.

Then take chicken pieces with the help of knife make some cuts on chicken and put it in yogurt over night ..to allow maximum absorption.

In a pan pour some oil and stir fry sliced onions and potatoes

Now next day fry that chicken along with the yogurt you used for marination in a pan.

After sometime spread sliced onions, green chilies, potatoes and sliced tomatoes

Cover pan for a while and toss all ingredients.
