Memaw's pasta

   In kitchen aid, Mix all ingredients with paddle mixer until crumbly on #2

   Then mix with dough hook adding water until dough forms

   Hand kneed until firm ball forms

   Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour

   Cut a piece off and run through pasta machine on #7, then #5.

   Then run through cutter.

   Using flour through process to keep from sticking.

   Place cut pasta on flat surface to dry.
