1 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon horseradish
40 saltine crackers (one sleeve)
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
½ cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder

mix all of the ingredients together very well.

Roll into 1 inch balls, place into a 9x13 nonstick cake pan.

Make the sauce and cover the meatballs evenly.

Cover and bake at 325* for about 1 1/2 hours.
