Mellow Potato Pie

   Boil potatoes until soft; peel and place them in a large bowl. Add all ingredients except eggs.

   Whip with a whisk until smooth texture.

   Beat eggs and add them to the mixture, whipping until smooth.

   Pour mixture into unbaked pie shells.

   Place uncooked pies on lower rack.
