1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. lowfat milk
4 egg whites
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Beat egg yolks; add in with butter to potato mix.
