1 lb. ground beef
dash of salt
dash of pepper
2 tsp. sugar
chili powder to taste
3 Tbsp. Open Pit barbecue sauce
Brooks ketchup
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. Velveeta, shredded
fat-free Thousand Island dressing

In skillet, brown onion and ground beef.
