Mediterranean Galette

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place puff pastry on prepared tray.

   In a bowl, combine feta, tomatoes, zucchini, salami and olives. Season to taste. Place in the center of pastry, leaving a 1 1/4 inch border. Pleat edges and bake for 30-35 mins, until pastry is golden brown and crisp.

   Serve topped with baby arugula.
