Meatloaf Strata Recipe

   Mix meat with egg, juice, bread crumbs the 1/2 tsp.

   of salt and black pepper.

   Pat into a 1 qt ungreased casserole.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.

   Cook spinach or possibly broccoli according to package directions.

   Mix with rice, onion, salt, thyme, lowfat milk, Parmesan cheese and Large eggs.

   Pour over meatloaf mix.

   Return to oven.

   Bake 30 min more or possibly till hard.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
