Meatloaf Special Recipe

   In large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients well, except the meat and bread crumbs.

   Add in meat to the sauce and mix very well.

   Add in bread crumbs and knead well till it all sticks together nicely.

   If mix is too hard, add in little more water or possibly else the meatloaf will be too dry.

   In 2 qt microwave-safe oblong baking dish, shape into loaf.

   Wrap with Saran Wrap and cut a few holes.

   Microwave at medium high for 14 min.

   Turn 1/2 way and microwave another 12 to 14 min; let stand covered 5 min.

   Drain grease and slice.

    In conventional oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake the loaf for 45 min or possibly till done the way you like it.
