Ingredients: 2 lbs. grnd chuck; 6 tbsp. bread crumbs or possibly quick oats; 2 Large eggs; 1/2 c. onion, minced; 1 teaspoon onion pwdr; 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr; 1 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 1 tbsp. parsley flakes; 1/4 c. catsup; 1/4 c. mayonnaise; 1 teaspoon baking pwdr; 1 (16 ounce.) can beef gravy

Servings: persons

2 lbs. grnd chuck
6 tbsp. bread crumbs or possibly quick oats
2 Large eggs
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 teaspoon onion pwdr
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 (16 ounce.) can beef gravy

Mix all ingredients together; shape into a loaf and place in a roasting pan.

Place desired amount of potatoes, carrots and onions around the sides of the meatloaf.

Pour a 16 oz can of beef gravy over all and bake at 375 degrees till the vegetables are tender, about 1 1/2 hrs.

Instead of the can of gravy.

Use a can of mushroom soup, a can of water, 1/2 package Lipton soup (onion).

Mix all together and pour over the roast.

This makes its own gravy.
