1 c. oatmeal
1 med. onion, minced
1 can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 heaping teaspoon horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Sm. can mushrooms (optional)

MEATLOAF: Combine grnd beef, oatmeal, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, heaping tsp.

horseradish and salt and pepper.

Place in deep baking dish.

SAUCE FOR TOP: Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. water, heaping tsp.

horseradish, prepared mustard, vinegar and brown sugar in bowl.

Pour over top of meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min or possibly till fork comes out clean.
