2 lbs. grnd beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
2 Large eggs, beaten
1/4 c. minced celery
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 c. lowfat milk

Mix all ingredients together and add in sufficient bread crumbs to hold together well.

Pat into large bread pan.

Cover with 1/2 jar (8 oz) of Old El Paso Warm taco sauce.

Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hrs.

Serve the other 1/2 jar of sauce with the meatloaf.
