12 medium onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
½ cup ketchup
¾ cup breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
tomato paste (optional)
6 ounces tomato paste
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Preheat oven to 350.

Fold aluminum foil so that it fits just in the bottom and over the two wide sides of 5x9 loaf pan.

You'll use this to lift the meatloaf from the pan when done.

Place in loaf pan.

Beat eggs.

Add ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix.

Add peppers, onions, and ground beef.
