Ingredients: 1 tbsp. olive oil; 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 tbsp. steak sauce; 1 cup chopped orange; red bell pepper; 1 cup chopped red onion; 2 lb. ground beef; 2 eggs; 2 tsp. garlic salt; 1/2 cup matzah (matzo) meal; Chili sauce; Butter; margarine (to grease pan)

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 cup chopped orange
red bell pepper
1 cup chopped red onion
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup matzah (matzo) meal
Chili sauce
Butter
margarine (to grease pan)

Pre-heat oven to 350F.

Saute peppers in olive oil over medium heat until soft (about 3 or 4 minutes).

Add onions and continue to saute for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and tomato sauce, steak sauce, eggs, garlic salt and pepper.

Add matzah meal; mix thouroughly.

Remove onions and peppers from heat, let stand a few minutes.

Once cool, mix the peppers and onions with the meat mixture.

Mold into bread shape, and place in a greased bread pan.

Cook for 60 (medium) to 80 (well done) minutes.

During the last 20 minutes, remove from oven and add thin layer of chili sauce to the top.

Increase temperature to 400F and return to oven.
