2 lbs. grnd beef
1 c. quick Quaker oats
2 Large eggs
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 onion or possibly 1 tbsp. onion pwdr
1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 tbsp. oregano
Lowfat milk
1 green pepper, minced (optional)
1 or possibly 2 c. tomato sauce (optional)
1 can mushroom pcs (optional)

Mix beef, oats, Large eggs, poultry seasoning, onion, garlic and oregano in large bowl.

Add in small amounts of lowfat milk while mixing till moist.

Don't add in too much lowfat milk.

Using clean hands, knead the mix thoroughly.

Pour into meatloaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min.
