1/2 pound Hamburger
1 1/2 cup Saltine crackers or bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 Tablespoon Thyme
2 cloves Garlic
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
Ketchup topping

In first bowl Combine Worcestershire Sauce, Vinegar, and Ketchup with crackers

In second bowl Combine meat, onions, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper

Add bread crumb mixture to meat mixture

Put into medium sized loaf pan and top with ketchup.

Put into Oven on 375 for 35-40 minutes.
