2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup flour

1 cup half-and-half cream
1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Combine meat, crumbs, milk, eggs and salt in a bowl.
