   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Cover 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil (to help with clean-up later).

   Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

   I use my hands to combine the mixture.

   Dont forget to take off your rings!

   After the mixture is combined, roll 1 to 1.5 inch balls and place on the foil-lined baking sheets.

   Bake for 1215 minutes.

   Now you can drop them into simmering sauce or cool them and freeze them for future use.

   Makes about 50 meatballs.

    I only eat about half the recipe for dinner, then freeze the other half for a super busy sports or music lesson night!
