1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 slices bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
1 tablespoon KRAFT Bonox
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
700g jar good quality garlic and onion tomato pasta sauce
1/2 cup water
375g cooked pappardelle or other pasta
1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese, to serve

Combine the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, bacon, Bonox* and garlic until well mixed.

Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.

Heat the olive oil in a large frypan, cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned.

Remove, and drain well.

Heat the pasta sauce and water in a frypan over medium heat until simmering.

Return meatballs to sauce and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve meatballs and sauce over hot pasta.

Sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
