250 grams Ground beef and pork mix
1/2 stalk Japanese leek
3 tbsp Panko
1 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Katakuriko
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Water (for the soup)
1/2 tsp Katakuriko
2 tsp Water
1 (Decorative) White sesame

Finely chop the Japanese leeks, and soak the panko in milk.

Add salt and pepper to the ground meat, and knead until it all sticks together, add the above-mentioned Japanese leeks, bread crumbs, and katakuriko and mix together.

Roll into balls after mixing, and fry them in 360F/180C oil in a pan.

Mix the seasoning.

Take the meatballs out after they are fried, wipe the grease, add to the same pan, and turn on the heat.

Mix the ingredients, adding a bit at a time after bringing to a boil to thicken .
