400 grams minced beef
1 egg
1 tbsp chopped parsley
30 grams breadcrumbs
1 pinch salt
100 grams onion, chopped
400 grams ripe tomatoes peeled
6 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 chilli
1 pinch chopped parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tsp oregano
1 pinch salt to taste if required

Make the meatballs with the minced beef adding the egg and parsley.

Roll them in breadcrumbs and brown them in a bit of hot oil.

Scald and peel the tomatoes

Sautee onion until soft with garlic and a bit of chilli pepper in a bit of olive oil.

Add the tomatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Once cooked mash to make the sauce smoother.
