1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
pepper to taste
garlic to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. beef stock
1 c. beer
salt to taste

Soak bread cubes in 1/2 cup beer.

Mix together with hamburger, cheese, pepper and garlic.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350u00b0 for 15 minutes.
