1 Onion
2/3 Carrot
3 clove Grated or minced garlic
2 cubes Soup stock cube
400 grams Canned tomatoes
10 shakes Salt and pepper
2 tsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Ketchup
1 pinch Sugar

Add all the ingredients, and fry over medium-high heat until the colour of the meat changes.
