Ingredients: 600 grams Ground beef (or ground beef mix); 50 grams Bacon (or Panchetta); 1 stalk Celery; 1 Onion; 1 Carrot; 2 clove Garlic; 200 ml Red wine; 2 can Canned tomatoes (diced cut); 2 Cubed bouillon (I use Knorr brand); 1 leaf Basil; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 Pepper; 20 grams Butter; 100 ml Milk

600 grams Ground beef (or ground beef mix)
50 grams Bacon (or Panchetta)
1 stalk Celery
1 Onion
1 Carrot
2 clove Garlic
200 ml Red wine
2 can Canned tomatoes (diced cut)
2 Cubed bouillon (I use Knorr brand)
1 leaf Basil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 Pepper
20 grams Butter
100 ml Milk

Pour olive oil and the garlic in a deep pan and heat.

Add vegetables and cook for 30 minutes over low heat to bring out their flavors.
