200 grams Ground meat
1/2 can Canned organic diced tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1 Green pepper
1 dash Carrot
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Grated garlic
1 dash Bay leaf
1 Consomme soup stock cube
3 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 Parmesan cheese
1 Fresh parsley

Heat the oil and garlic in a frying pan and stir fry the onions.

Once it's golden brown, stir in the meat as well and saute.

Once it's cooked, add in the pepper and carrots and gently stir fry.

Next, add in the tomato sauce, bay leaf, and the consomme soup stock cube.

Once the moisture has cooked off, add the ketchup, salt and Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer for a little more, and it's done.
